Outpatient Mental Health

Stairways Outpatient Clinic offers compassionate, holistic mental health care for individuals experiencing serious mental illness, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Our experienced clinicians provide personalized support through individual and group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing assessment.

Outpatient counseling provides a safe, confidential space to talk openly about life’s challenges while developing practical tools to manage symptoms, strengthen relationships, and improve overall wellbeing. Our counselors are highly trained professionals who incorporate both evidence-based treatments and alternative therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s needs.

New clients begin with an intake appointment, where a clinician gathers information to better understand each individual’s needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. Services may include therapy, psychiatric care, or both. Clients must be able to communicate independently or with the assistance of an interpreter.

The Outpatient Clinic is committed to providing safe and effective treatment. In some cases, certain medications may not be prescribed if they do not align with clinical safety guidelines or an individual’s specific needs.

Our goal is to help individuals build skills, gain insight, and develop the support needed to live healthier, more meaningful lives. If you or someone you care about is seeking support, our team is here to help guide you.
