As the program supervisor of Family Therapy Outpatient Services, Kim is responsible for the operations of the child and family outpatient clinic. Kim ensures that new referrals to our clinic are attended to promptly and comprehensively. She determines if the referral is appropriate for an outpatient setting and if FTTI is the best choice for the child, youth or family.
Kim coordinates the implementation of therapy services throughout assignment of therapists, as well as provides recommendations and referrals for additional supports. She provides clinical supervision to our therapists in our Family Systemic framework. Additionally, she provides support by monitoring accuracy and compliance in our clinical documentation process.
Donnelle is our lead program supervisor for the SMART in-home adolescent and family therapy program. She, too, is responsible for determining how best to meet the needs of families and providers seeking in-home clinical services.
Donnelle coordinates our psychological testing services, primarily responsible for determining if SMART is the best choice for the adolescent. She is our county and CCBH liaison, promoting appropriate utilization of the SMART program services. Donnelle is also our SMART clinical supervisor, ensuring the fidelity of both the program design and model implementation.
Deb is instrumental in both the maintenance of programmatic and outcome measurements. She serves to support the important connection between Outpatient and SMART services. She is the liaison and advisor to the Director of Professional Development, and to the Director of Program Development.
Deb represents Stairways Behavioral Health in community collaborations including our interests in School Based Health Care and in a number of school district and community initiatives. She is our representative for “Old Main” activities including program design projects with Center City Arts.
Jeff’s responsibilities are a convergence of administrative support, clinical & program capacity building and professional development. Jeff is our administrative and programmatic liaison to the Erie County Department of Mental Health, Erie County Care Management and Community Care Behavioral Health.
Within the Stairways continuum of services, Jeff provides clinical training in Structural, Strategic and Systemic Family Therapy models. To date, he has completed this training with four cohorts of Stairways clinicians, case managers and psychiatrists. Jeff attends to the broader Erie community with educational presentations, media engagement, community partnership development and other collaborative efforts.
Jeff supports the growth of FTTI and the work of all FTTI staff by providing clinical and program implementation consultation. He shares clinical responsibility as an advisor and clinical supervisor.
