Mobile, Walk-In and Telephone Crisis Services for Crawford County residents are provided by Stairways professionals, centrally located in Meadville, Pa.
Trained Crisis Specialists provide 24-hour intervention to persons who are experiencing a mental health crisis, offer confidential help in assessing and stabilizing crisis situations, and make appropriate referrals to help resolve the crisis. They can also help before a situation becomes a crisis.
Phone intervention or face-to face Mobile Crisis Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to persons in Crawford County. The Mobile Crisis Team will travel as needed throughout Crawford County to provide crisis assessment, stabilization, referral and emergency psychiatric admissions.
You may also speak with a Crisis Specialist at the Crawford County Crisis Office, located in the Stairways Counseling Center of Crawford County, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, except holidays.
