To answer the unmet need for dental services for the underinsured in Erie, PA, Stairways Behavioral Health collaborated with several partners to create a dental clinic. Stairways provided the office building at 2922 State Street, the Saint Vincent Health Foundation gifted funds to renovate the space, Schein Dental Company donated new dental equipment, and Community Health Net operates the clinic and employs the dentist, hygienists and support staff.
The clinic is open Monday through Friday, treating approximately 90 mental health consumers and underinsured dental patients weekly. If you are without dental service and would like to make an appointment, or would simply like to learn more, call 814-454-4028.
