Counseling Center for the Uninsured

Thanks to a special grant from Erie Insurance Group through the Department of Community and Economic Development’s Neighborhood Assistance Program, Stairways began a special program to offer sliding-fee scale counseling services for income eligible individuals, couples and families with and without private mental health insurance.

Additionally, Stairways Counseling Center accepts Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.

Available and affordable for everyone.

Erie County residents who live under 150% of the poverty level and have no insurance or medical assistance can receive counseling services for little or no cost.
