Center for Arts and Humanities

Community Residential Rehabilitation*

Counseling Center

Crisis Residential*

CROMISA* (Community Reintegration of Offenders with Mental Illness and Substance Abuse)
Erie, Crawford and Warren County offenders who are incarcerated or “halfway back” to home and struggling with both substance abuse and mental illness receive services to support community reintegration. Partners include: Erie County Office of Drug & Alcohol Abuse, Erie County Office of Mental Health/Mental Retardation, Gaudenzia Crossroads, Greater Erie Community Action Committee, and Probation & Parole Board of Pennsylvania.
